Ayurvedic Consultation
The consultation is the starting point of any Ayurvedic treatment. It includes an in-depth evaluation of your constitution (dosha), current imbalances, medical history, lifestyle and symptoms.
Based on this assessment, a personalised treatment plan is designed to support your health and wellbeing.
Consultations can be in person or online.
