Tridoshic Rasayan

Tri-phala is one of the most popular herbal remedies in Ayurveda (Three Fruits: Amla, Haritaki and Vibhitaki). It is considered a ‘tridoshic rasayan’ for bringing balance and rejuvenating effects to the three constitutional elements that govern human life:

VATA which regulates the nervous system,

PITTA which maintains metabolic processes, and

KAPHA which supports structural integrity.

One of the most common problems among many people is constipation or bowel irregularity which leads to poorer overall digestion and liver function, less vitality and perhaps even less optimism. Triphala "cleanses" by promoting bowel movement.
